A Memorable Holiday in Chengdu with Our Spanish Friends
By JH team 07.14.2025
This May Day holiday, we had the pleasure of hosting our Spanish clients in Chengdu, showing them the unique charm of this "Land of Abundance." Here's how we spent wonderful days together:

And they started their second day independently, visiting the iconic Kuanzhai Alley (Wide and Narrow Alley), Jinli Street, and People's Park - getting a taste of local life. In the afternoon, we met up and took them to Wenshu Monastery for a peaceful tea session, followed by an exciting Sichuan Opera face-changing performance. We capped off the day with some authentic (but not too spicy) Sichuan cuisine.

To avoid the holiday crowds, we started extra early on Day 3—leaving at 6 AM to arrive at Panda Valley (Dujiangyan Panda Base) by 7 AM. Thanks to our early start, we were among the first visitors to enter, allowing our clients to observe the adorable pandas up close without the usual crowds.
In the afternoon, we introduced them to Chengdu’s famous slow-living culture by taking them to a relaxing foot massage . In the evening, we enjoyed another round of authentic Sichuan dishes, then went to riverside bar with some drinks.

On the final day, our Spanish friends left Chengdu to Shenzhen for business, ending their short but unforgettable trip.
This trip was a perfect mix of culture, food, nature, and relaxation. We’re so glad our clients got to experience our city, and we look forward to hosting them again in the future!
