Since 2024, we have been providing fully customised warehouse packing services for one of our clients to meet their stringent, detailed operational standards.
1. Product Confirmation Before Packing
For any new item ordered for the first time, we take photos and send them to the client for confirmation.

2. Individual Labels for Different Products
We apply individual product labels, SKU barcodes, or stickers to each item as requested.

3. Packaging Based on Product Requirements
We follow individual packaging instructions for every item — poly bags, bubble wrap, paper boxes, and more.

4. Accurate Weight Checking and Packing List Preparation
Every product is weighed individually before shipment.

5. Final Carton Labeling and Shipment Confirmation
Once all goods are fully packed and ready, we generate carton labels corresponding to the total number of boxes.

  

After client confirmation, they will reach out to their freight forwarder. 

We will work with the agent to arrange shipment.
