STEM and DIY kits are booming in the Toys & Games market.
A successful kit needs smart sourcing, exact part counting, and custom packaging.
Here is how our Kitting, QC, and Packaging Services turn complex parts—from STEM modules to DIY sets—into ready-to-sell products.
A customer asked us to assemble a 25-item kit.
After we gathered all the parts, they visited our warehouse to inspect the items and build a sample kit for us to follow.

We hired over 12 temporary workers to assemble 9,600 kits.
By assigning a specific product to each worker, we finished the entire job in about five days.

Strict Quality Control & Weight Verification:

After all the kits have been packed, we place them into cartons and then load the cartons onto pallets.
